Customer Calls Advisor

In the Customer Calls Advisor job, you will be: 


  • Dealing with customer telephone enquiries and follow ups in relation to housing, rent and repairs
  • Providing support and guidance to customers via the telephone, e-mail, letter or on-line 
  • Contacting tenants to update information held on the system and undertaking welfare checks to see if assistance is needed in any way 
  • Updating system information/records and any other admin duties as required

To be considered for the Customer Calls Advisor job must have:


  • Extensive experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT and keyboard skills with experience of using Windows based applications
  • Ability to speak Welsh due to the nature of the business (advantage)

This is a temporary, full time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday) on a week by week basis however is likely to last 6 months.

The hourly rate is £14.21 per hour plus holiday pay.

The role offers hybrid working however, will required to travel to offices near Llandudno as and when required.
