Customer Advisor

In this Contact Centre Advisor role, you will be:


  • Making outbound telephone courtesy calls reminding customers of their appointments, and cancelling, rescheduling other appointments as well as receiving inbound telephone queries
  • Ensuring all customer contact is recorded accurately and correctly using bespoke CRM systems
  • Handling customers dissatisfaction with appropriate levels of empathy and professionalism, escalating when appropriate
  • Other additional duties to support priorities of the Customer Engagement Centre

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:



  • Ability to pick up/utilise systems/software very quickly (CRM, call software etc)
  • Remain cool under pressure
  • Excellent phone skills and complaint handling ability 
  • Worked in a similar environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy


This is a temporary role for a period 2 months initially however could be extended.

Working full time, Monday to Friday.
You'll be on an hourly rate of £11.44 per hour + holiday pay PLUS discount off your Ffit Conwy membership.


This role is based in their new modern offices in the centre of Llandudno and is accessible using public transport.
