Project Officer

 

Are you looking for a new role where you can put your project support skills and administration experience to the test? In the Project Officer role, you will be supporting managers with project and administrative tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

 

In the Project Officer role, you will be:

 


  • Maintaining and managing project documents, plans, and folders, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient filing
  • Developing and support systems, processes, and templates, including quality assurance checks and feedback surveys
  • Coordinating and produce regular project reports, monitoring the master programme schedule.
  • Scheduling and manage project meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking actions
  • Handling communication and budget management, including managing the shared inbox, processing invoices, and preparing budget claims

 

To be considered for the Project Officer role, you must have:

 


  • Previous administration / project based experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) or equivalent, with project-based or administrative training.
  • An ability to work under pressure, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • A full driving license and car available for work use due to travelling within the role

 

This is a temporary full time (37 hours per week Monday to Friday) position reviewed monthly however has the potential to be for 6- 8 weeks. 

 

You'll be based in offices in Colwyn Bay, and on a competitive hourly rate of £12.80-£13.44 per hour plus holiday pay, weekly pay, and Conwy Ffit corporate discount.
