Guest Relations Manager

Salary up to £40,000 per year plus £5,000 on service charge

• Luxury serviced apartments


• 40 hours per week

Things you will be doing as a Guest Relations Manager:

• Report to the FOH Manager


• Duty Management shifts, Evenings and Weekends


• Looking after the VIP guests


• Ensuring the highest customer satisfaction


• Handling complaints, resolving issues and receiving feedback from customers


• Regular checks on guest satisfaction

You will be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel


• Are an excellent communicator.


• Have excellent organisational skills


• Are good at engaging with clients


• Have a strong, guest-focused mentality.
