Salary up to £40,000 per year plus £5,000 on service charge

- Luxury serviced apartments
- 40 hours per week
Things you will be doing as a Guest Relations Manager:
- Report to the FOH Manager
- Duty Management shifts, Evenings and Weekends
- Looking after the VIP guests
- Ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
- Handling complaints, resolving issues and receiving feedback from customers
- Regular checks on guest satisfaction
You will be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel
- Are an excellent communicator.
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Are good at engaging with clients
- Have a strong, guest-focused mentality.
