Things you will be doing as a Restaurant and Bar Manager:



  • Reports to the Hotel Manager

  • Looking after the FOH Restaurant and bar operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation

  • Manage and mentor the team

  • Create and manage SOP manuals and training guides

  • Ensure the exceptional quality of the food and beverage service

  • Your service skills will showcase the restaurant and bar's unique offerings

  • You will contribute to creating the ultimate experience


You will be a great fit if you have:



  • Previous Food and Beverage experience in a lifestyle hotel

  • You have the drive and ambition to succeed

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Strong mathematical abilities to track financial statements

  • Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction

  • You understand the marketplace and have the drive to innovate and lead
