Things you will be doing as a Head Chef:



  • Develop, mentor, and train the team through leadership and coaching.

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation in the kitchen.

  • Ensure the food standards are maintained.

  • Continually review and refresh menu offerings.

  • Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen.

  • Regular hygiene audits.


You will be a great fit if you have:



  • Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous ready to step up

  • Background in a plant-based kitchens

  • An open mindset and innovative skills

  • Strong planning skills

  • Team management skills
