The Role:

As a Pastry Chef, you will craft exceptional desserts, breads, pastries, and bakery items for both our fine dining and casual bistro menus.

Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.


* At least 2 years of experience in baking.


* Experience in a high-end, four or five-star establishment, ideally with minimum of AA Two Rosette standard.


* Possess industry qualifications.


* Culinary expertise and creativity.
