The Client:

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will provide expert legal services in residential conveyancing, working remotely with full administrative support.

Duties:



* Manage remote caseloads of residential conveyancing matters


* Offer expert legal advice throughout the conveyancing process


* Conduct due diligence, title searches, and property investigations


* Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements


* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders


* Use modern technology and conveyancing software to enhance efficiency


Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer or in a similar role.


* At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing


* Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer


* Strong knowledge of residential property law


* Proficient in modern technology and conveyancing software


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
