As a Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in all repairs.

Responsibilities:



* Supervise the prep centre operations.


* Maximise efficiency and ensure deadlines are met.


* Handle audit, health and safety, and compliance duties.


* Ensure outstanding repairs with a first-time fix rate.


Requirements:



* Previous experience working in a similar role.


* Experience working in a Bodyshop or Aftersales environment.


* Background in a customer-facing or managerial role.


* Strong organisational and Microsoft Office skills.


* Valid UK driving licence.
