Field Service Coordinator

Technical Coordinator (hybrid working)
Up to £35k


About the Role


We are looking for a dedicated and organised Technical Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic team, coordinating jobs for engineers across Europe.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate work from request to job completion.

  • Create job packs for engineers.

  • Create service orders on SAP.

  • Maintain an up-to-date planning board with live data.

  • Ensure all information regarding dockings/jobs is accurately received and filed.

  • Handle credits & debits processes.

  • Manage invoicing & billing.


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in managing jobs/work orders from start to finish.

  • Ability to identify and push sales opportunities to Account Managers.

  • Experience in supporting engineering, Sales Support, and Sales Managers.

  • Maintain an organised approach to tools management and ensure equipment calibration is up to date.

  • Flexible in assisting engineers as needed.

  • Willingness to travel, though most meetings are held virtually.
