Document Compliance Officer

We are currently looking for a Document Compliance Officer to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the London area.

As the Document Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that files stored and archived both within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS; MasterControl) and outside of the eQMS are maintained appropriately according to relevant procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Document Compliance Officer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1.

Perform daily administrative tasks for the MasterControl System, including user management, setup and maintenance of training courses and curriculum, user support, and document support during audits.

2.

Maintain documentation held externally from the QMS, including document issue, return, and archiving as required.

3.

Act as owner and subject matter expert for specific processes/systems within QA Document Control, such as training, document archiving, retention, and reconciliation.

4.

Develop and deliver training related to the QMS and any other role-related training as required.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Document Compliance Officer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1.

Relevant degree in a scientific or technical discipline.

2.

Proven industry experience in working with electronic Quality Management Systems for document and process management.

3.

A working knowledge and practical experience with maintaining end-user training curriculum and providing first-line support.
