Regional Sales Manager – Global Soft Drinks Brand – Scotland
Up to £45k + Bonus + Car Allowance
My client is a Global Soft Drinks brand looking to expand their sales team across the country.
This company is known for its fantastic ethos and culture, along with the development of their team.
We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the growing team.
This Regional Sales Manager will ultimately be responsible for leading a team to achieve growth within their sales area and drive the business forward.
This Regional Sales Manager will need to forecast and budget accordingly whilst ensuring productivity amongst a team of 6.
The ideal Regional Sales Manager will have a strong background in trade and a proven track record in leadership.
Regional Sales Manager responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of Regional Manager to deliver on growth of the business with negotiations, nurturing On Trade and RTM relationships.
- Building long-term trading relationships with the key volume and image accounts.
- Working closely with the team to track KPI’s
- Developing a team and managing partnerships between individuals.
- Forecasting and delivering on budget.
- Delivering brand education & training to supplier, retailer and consumer
- Qualitative selection and development of customers.
- Identifying effective and beneficial sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
The Ideal Regional Sales Manager:
- The candidate MUST come from a drinks background and have great understanding of Field Sales and On Trade sales across Wholesale and RTM.
- Experience in leading a Sales Team to achieving successful forecasting.
- Must have extensive experience for winning new business in the On Trade sector, along with skills in negotiations.
- Previous experience of the beer and brewing industry is desirable but not essential.
- Must be results focused with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be prepared to travel and work evenings and weekends when required.
