Head Chef, Sporting Venue, Berkshire, £45k + Package

We are seeking a Head Chef to lead the culinary team at this fantastic Sporting Venue who offer diverse and exciting events all year round.

As Head Chef you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to guests across various events and retail food outlets, from race days to private function, corporate gatherings and casual dining.

Skills and Experience of a Head Chef

• Proven experience as a Head Chef from a sporting venue background
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating diverse and high-quality dishes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, stock control, and waste reduction.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and race days.
