Sous Chef Requirements:

• Proven experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Ability to lead and mentor a diverse kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Excellent organizational skills to manage kitchen operations, inventory, and staff schedules effectively
• A strong commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in all kitchen activities
