Salary: 45-60k including service charge

Food Style: Asian brand, high volume

Restaurant Size: 250 covers

Daily covers: up to 1500

Team Size: 50 staff

Contracted Hours: 48

Nearest Transport: Covent Garden / Canary Warf

We are looking for experienced sous chefs to work in the hot kitchens in this busy all day dining brand.

This is an amazing and already successful high-volume brand with a global following.

The kitchens are large with cook lines, wok lines, steaming facilities for their famous dumplings and hot sections.

This would suit a strong sous chef from a high-volume Asian restaurant group.
