What will they be doing as a Senior Sous Chef:



  • Reporting to the Head Chef

  • Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen

  • Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent.

  • Upholding standards in line with the company specifications

  • Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef


You will be a great fit if you have:



  • Experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a well-established restaurant

  • Are an approachable person, with a hands-on and can-do attitude.

  • Can produce consistent service in line with company recipes and standards.

  • Great time management and organisational skills

  • Have excellent communication skills.
