Salary up to SGD 13,000 (USD 9500) per month

Things you will be doing as an EAM F&B Director:

• Oversee the Food and Beverage department and ensure an efficient and effective operation


• Track and control all F & B Operations


• Review, design, and present improvements for the operations


• Ensure the department heads run effective, efficient, and overall exceptional departments


• Ensure all aspects of the P & L are well-managed


• Conduct audit checks on departmental operations


• Ensure that all associates adhere to brand standards


• Develop and grow the F & B reputation of the hotel


• Review and advise on market forces within the local market


• Monitor trends within the industry


• Display an innovative and proactive approach to drive business strategies

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Experience as a Director of Food and beverage role within the luxury lifestyle hotel sector


• Must have experience in Forbes 5-Star properties


• International experience


• Strong leadership and team-building skills


• Highly adaptable with the ability to lead and direct changes


• Fluent in written and spoken English


• Good interpersonal and communication skills
