I am working with a high-end flexible workspace business, who are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Director to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

This role involves leading a sales team, developing strategies, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to meet targets
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, partners, and brokers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize customer experience
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership

Skills and Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role
  • Background of working within the flexible workspace, commercial real estate, or luxury hospitality sectors
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on results and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in business development and expanding client portfolios
  • Knowledge of the flexible workspace industry is highly desirable
