The ideal candidate will manage the housekeeping team, ensuring spotless guest rooms and public areas, while overseeing inventory and budgets.

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort
• Caribbean experience
• All-inclusive experience an asset
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards, including meticulous attention to detail in maintaining guest rooms and public areas
• Experience in leading, training, and motivating a large housekeeping team to consistently deliver top-tier service
• Strong background in managing housekeeping budgets, controlling costs, and overseeing inventory of supplies and equipment
• Knowledge and experience in ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation standards within a hospitality environment
