ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant: Saudi Arabia

Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with proven experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and custom development.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading team in Saudi Arabia and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions for a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end implementations across CSM, Application Engine, Portal (ESC), and custom development, ensuring projects meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Develop and configure custom ServiceNow applications, leveraging your deep technical knowledge to create tailored solutions that enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure best practices are adhered to during the development lifecycle, while mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on complex issues.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, optimising performance and ensuring seamless communication between platforms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and updates, proactively recommending improvements to clients.

Requirements:


  • Must have completed at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in CSM, Application Engine, Portal (ESC), and custom development.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong background in ITSM, CSM, custom development, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality solutions.
