ServiceNow Business Analyst

Are you a ServiceNow Business Analyst seeking an exciting opportunity within a forward-thinking organisation in the UK?

We are working with a client to find a talented ServiceNow Business Analyst.

The ServiceNow platform is a critical component of their technology strategy, underpinning their digital service offerings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and shape requirements, developing bespoke process solutions.
  • Evaluate business processes, create use cases, and document comprehensive functional specifications.
  • Take part in workshops to recommend the best solutions and provide insights on requirement adjustments.
  • Engage with stakeholders to secure agreement on solutions, maintaining strong, positive relationships.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of requirements, design details, and project deliverables.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces with a focus on optimising the user experience.
  • Support testing activities and aid in end-user adoption through clear communication and training.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience as a business process analyst.
  • Expertise in leading workshops, gathering user requirements, and obtaining stakeholder approval.
  • Strong capability in managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring compliance with standards and timelines.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, with experience in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, IRM, and others.
  • Preferably, possession of relevant ServiceNow certifications.
  • Experience working within Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
