ServiceNow Lead Consultant

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Lead ServiceNow Consultant to join their dynamic team in Utrecht.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and Integration Hub implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM and Integration Hub solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Lead ServiceNow Consultant, with a focus on CSM and Integration Hub.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch speaking is desirable but not a requirement
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 1-2 days per week in the office in Utrecht.
