ServiceNow Architect - Netherlands

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated ServiceNow Architect to join their team in Amsterdam.

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the complex needs of their business.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with the client's business objectives.
• Lead the implementation and integration of various ServiceNow modules across different environments.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution designs.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members within the client’s organization.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and design.
• Proficiency in Dutch (required).
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a capability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) is desirable but not mandatory.
