Are you an experienced ServiceNow Application Manager with a drive for delivering top-notch solutions? Our client is seeking a talented ServiceNow Application Manager to become part of their vibrant team in the Netherlands.

In this vital role, you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets the organization's needs, boosts efficiency, and elevates service delivery.

With five offices across the nation, our client offers extensive resources and a wide-reaching network.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary technical expert for the ServiceNow platform within the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous enhancement of ServiceNow, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Utilize the Integration Hub extensively to ensure smooth system integrations.
  • Serve as a senior/lead consultant, offering technical expertise and guidance to both clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, promoting a collaborative and innovative workplace.
  • Engage with clients, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure that the ServiceNow platform aligns with organizational objectives and improves service delivery processes.

Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow Application Manager or Implementation Consultant.
  • Extensive experience with Integration Hub and the CSM module.
  • Strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow, coupled with excellent client communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and act as a senior technical consultant.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
