About the Assistant General Manager position 

• To lead a team and achieve results.  
• Provide training and development for staff.  
• Lead from the front and check all company paperwork, including H&S/financial audits.  
• Maintain exceptional standards whilst providing quality food and outstanding guest experience.
• Ensure staff and logistics are in place to ensure a speedy but quality service.
