Finance Manager – Los Angeles, CA – Up to $75k

The Role

The restaurant group is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budget management, and strategic planning to support the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the integrity of the general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations
• Manage financial transactions across all entities, ensuring accurate recording and reporting
• Prepare monthly management accounts and report performance against budget to key stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts, audit files, and audit processes in consultation with external auditors
• Work with the Group Financial Controller to enhance internal controls and implement finance policies and procedures

What they are looking for:

• Relevant accounting qualification with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, including team management
• Proficient in Excel, Office 365, and QuickBooks with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships across the business
