Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and improving fleet operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance.
- Managing and motivating a strong team of maritime professionals.
- Developing and implementing strategic maintenance plans.
- Ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the fleet.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve fleet performance.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
- Coordinating with external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.

You should possess:
- Proven experience in fleet management within the shipping industry.
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in maritime software and fleet management systems.
- A degree in maritime studies, engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A determined and motivated attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
