Plumber

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Plumber , you will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing, and other trade tasks to maintain and improve our properties and communal areas.

You will be expected to provide high-quality service, ensuring work is completed to professional standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Perform a variety of tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and masonry, both internally and externally, at a multi-skilled level.
  
  
  • Ensure all tasks align with the Skills Awards L2/3 NVQ Diploma in Maintenance Operations or equivalent qualifications.

  Relevant Experience:
  
  
  
  • Demonstrable experience in carpentry and plumbing across various property types.
  
  
  • Experience working within a trade team to deliver projects on tight timelines, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Educational Background:
  
  
  
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in carpentry, masonry, or plumbing, or equivalent time-served experience in the field.
  
  
  • Proven competency in non-core trades, demonstrating adaptability and versatility in maintenance operations.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Licenses and Certifications:
  
  
  
  • Possess a full, clean driving license, enabling travel between work sites as needed.
