Job Title: Hotel Manager – Boutique Hotel – Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus

Location: Oxfordshire

I am currently recruiting for a Hotel Manager to join this luxury boutique hotel located in Oxfordshire.

My client is looking for a passionate manager who will lead by example and train and develop the team.

• Boutique Hotel
• Restaurant & Bar
• Wedding & Events

About the position

• Manage the operations throughout the hotel
• Develop and train a team
• Maximise revenue and forecast budgets
• Support the Sales & Marketing team
• Host weekly HoD meetings
• Create and develop relationships with local businesses
• Report to the General Manager

The successful candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role in luxury boutique hotels
• Proven track record running a hotel
• Be able to inspire and motivate the team
• Strong business acumen
• Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
• Have a passion for hospitality
