This is a branded restaurant group with a large team that can achieve up to 200 daily covers.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be guiding your team and ensuring a smooth operation.

The ideal Head Chef will also be well-versed in health and safety compliance and hands-on in the day-to-day kitchen duties.
