Sous Chef – High-Volume Fresh Food Venue- Northampton 34K

An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a high-volume, fresh food venue with a newly renovated kitchen in Chapel Brampton, Northampton.

This is a fantastic role for a skilled Sous Chef or a Head Chef from a smaller venue looking to step up into a larger operation.

As a Sous Chef you will:


  • Support the Head Chef in managing a busy, fresh food kitchen.
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, prep, and service.
  • Oversee kitchen efficiency, stock control, and waste management.
  • Train and mentor, the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Work straight and split shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:


  • Fresh food experience in a high-volume setting.
  • Ability to drive preferred due to location.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering quality food and service.

Key Benefits:


  • Up to £34K salary (or up to £14ph).
