Job Title: IT Manager - Private Members Club
Location: New York City
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
About the Opportunity
We are working with a prestigious private members club in New York, we are looking for an experienced IT Manager.
This is a hands-on, service-driven role responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT operations across the club, administrative offices, and related outlets, while also leading infrastructure projects and supporting long-term technology strategy.
This is a unique opportunity for an IT professional who thrives in high-touch, luxury environments and can balance technical expertise with outstanding stakeholder support.
The Role
The IT Manager will be accountable for delivering seamless technology operations and driving IT initiatives across the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing end-to-end on-site and remote IT support, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption.
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents, escalating and coordinating with third-party vendors when required.
- Overseeing US-based applications and infrastructure, while maintaining alignment with central IT standards.
- Leading IT components of refurbishments, upgrades, and new openings, including vendor coordination and infrastructure delivery.
- Managing and maintaining hardware, software, asset registers, and IT inventory.
- Supporting system integrations and business-critical applications (POS, CRM, reservations, finance, etc.).
- Delivering user training, promoting adoption of digital tools, and ensuring service excellence at all levels of the business.
- Collaborating closely with global IT teams to implement group-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ IT management or senior IT support experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or high-touch service environments.
- Strong working knowledge of infrastructure and networking (Cisco, Meraki, Azure, Office 365).
- Experience with platforms such as POS, CRM, ERP, reservations, or inventory management systems (e.g., Tevalis, Salesforce, NetSuite, SevenRooms).
- Proven ability to manage vendors, projects, and third-party service providers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support executive-level stakeholders.
- Flexibility to provide support outside of standard working hours as needed.
