I am looking for a Bar Manager for a luxury hotel in Venice.

This is a key management position responsible for overseeing all bar operations within a refined hospitality environment.

The Bar Manager will work closely with hotel leadership and ownership, ensuring high service standards and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the hotel bar
• Lead and coordinate a small team 
• Ensure consistent luxury service standards
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Train and support bartenders to maintain service excellence
• Maintain a strong guest experience and service quality
• Collaborate closely with hotel management and ownership
• Attend management-level meetings with owners and senior leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience as Bar Manager or Senior Bartender
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and cost management
• Ability to work in a small, high-performance team
• EU work eligibility required
