We're partnered with a well-established hospitality group looking for an experienced General Manager to lead one of their busiest locations in Atlantic City.

This is a big opportunity to oversee a $15M+ annual volume restaurant with an established team, strong systems, and an exciting brand.

The ideal candidate is a proven operator who can confidently step into a high-performing business, lead from the front, and continue driving exceptional guest experiences and financial results.

What We're Looking For

• Previous General Manager experience within a premium casual or upscale full-service restaurant
• Experience overseeing $15M+ annual volume restaurants
• Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management experience
• Exceptional people leadership and team development skills
• Hands-on operator who enjoys being visible on the floor
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
