A well-established organisation is recruiting Support Workers to join services across the Gateshead and Newcastle areas, supporting adults to live as independently and confidently as possible.

Full training and ongoing support will help you build your skills and confidence.

Already an experienced Support Worker? You’ll have the chance to bring your experience to a role where every day is different.

You’ll help people live life their way – supporting with everyday routines, getting out and about, trying new activities and building independence.

It’s a varied, rewarding role where the support you provide can make a real difference.

Depending on the service, duties may also include personal care, medication and household tasks.

*Rate of pay dependent on experience and qualifications

About You:

• NVQ/RQF Level 2 or willing to work towards
• Driver is beneficial but not essential
• Genuine interest in supporting people to live independently
• Caring, patient and positive approach
• Unrestricted UK Right to work; please note visa sponsorship is not available
