An established Surrey hospital is looking for an experienced Pharmacist with Oncology & Haematology expertise to join its pharmacy team.

You will have the opportunity to provide specialist clinical pharmacy support, work closely with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to medicines optimisation, clinical governance and service improvement.

The role would suit an experienced clinical pharmacist with a strong background in oncology and haematology who is confident working autonomously and supporting the development of junior colleagues.

Person specification:

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist
• BOPA Passport qualified
• Clinical Pharmacy Diploma
• Significant clinical pharmacy experience within oncology/haematology
• Strong communication skills
