Role: Supported Living Manager (Multi-site)

Location: Gateshead Office

Hours: 40h per week

An established supported living provider is looking for a Supported Living Manager to oversee a cluster of services supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism across Gateshead.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader or Deputy Manager looking to progress into a broader operational role.

You’ll support the effective running of multiple services, working with teams to maintain high standards of care and support while ensuring the people supported are able to live as independently as possible.

Experience of supported living, learning disabilities and/or autism is important, with experience of more complex support needs desirable.

You do not need to be CQC registered, but you should be willing to work towards registration and develop your leadership experience.

Person specification

• Level 5 Health & Social Care or working towards
• Willing to progress towards CQC Registered Manager status
• Significant experience working within supported living, particularly learning disability and autism
• Knowledge of financial management
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note, there is no visa sponsorship support available for this role
