A well-established healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Outpatient Nursing Manager to lead its outpatient services at a modern hospital site.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinical leader to take ownership of day-to-day operations, service development and the delivery of high-quality patient care within a supportive, quality-driven environment.

This is a full-time, permanent role for an experienced Lead Nurse in Outpatients.

Person Specification

• BSc Adult Nursing with full NMC registration (RN Adult/RGN)
• Experience working at Clinical Lead level/above
• Confident decision-maker with strong engagement skills
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and patient safety
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note there is no visa sponsorship/support available for this role
