Vice President of Sales

Location: Pennsylvania
Salary: $200,000–$250,000 + bonus

We’re working with a luxury hospitality organization in Pennsylvania looking for a VP of Sales to lead the sales strategy and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead sales across leisure, transient, corporate, group, weddings, meetings & events and memberships.
• Drive revenue and occupancy while protecting the luxury positioning and rate strategy.
• Lead, mentor and develop the sales team, including 5 direct reports.
• Build creative strategies and partnerships to drive business during both high-demand and softer periods.
• Work closely with Marketing, Events and senior leadership to create new opportunities and grow the business.

About You

• Senior sales leadership experience within luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts or a similarly complex environment.
• Strong track record of building relationships and generating new business.
• Experience across leisure, transient and group sales.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance occupancy, rate and brand positioning.
• A confident, collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing a team.
