As Unit Lead Nurse, you’ll oversee clinical care, maintain care plans and risk assessments, support staff development and ensure consistently high standards of care across the unit.

Person specification

• BSc Adult or Mental Health Nurse with full NMC registration
• Experience working as a Unit Lead/Clinical Lead Nurse within an elderly care setting
• Clinical skills relevant to a nursing home environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous leadership experience
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note, there is no visa sponsorship available for this role
