NOW HIRING | HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

Western Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Hotel General Manager to lead a hotel property in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior hospitality leader with a strong track record in upscale or luxury hotel operations, financial performance, stakeholder management and team leadership.

The successful candidate will bring the strategic vision, operational expertise and leadership presence required to deliver outstanding guest experiences, maximise financial returns and uphold the highest standards of hospitality excellence.

The Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Previous General Manager experience within full-service upscale or luxury hotels.
• Demonstrated success in multi-property leadership and oversight of complex hotel operations.
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia is essential; current employment in the Kingdom is preferred but not a prerequisite.
• Proven full Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability, with a strong record of delivering commercial growth, financial results and operational excellence.
• Extensive experience managing owner relationships and aligning business performance with ownership objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking combined with disciplined execution and operational rigour.
• The ability to lead through hotel General Managers, align multiple operations and drive consistent performance.
• Strong stakeholder influence and the ability to build trusted, productive owner relationships.
• A balanced leadership approach that protects owner returns while maintaining brand standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in both languages.
