Restaurant Manager – Stunning Riverside Restaurant & Bar – £40,000 – Berkshire

Location: Maidenhead Area, Berkshire
Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE including TRONC

We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join a stunning, high-profile riverside restaurant and bar overlooking the River Thames.

This is a truly beautiful venue, offering stylish dining spaces, expansive riverside terraces and a fantastic food and drink experience.

The operation combines quality seasonal British food, an excellent wine and cocktail offering, relaxed daytime dining and busy weekend services, with the riverside location making it a particularly popular destination during the warmer months.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong Restaurant Manager or senior Assistant Manager experience.
• Comes from a quality, high-volume, food-led environment.
• Is passionate about exceptional service, food and wine.
• Can confidently lead large, busy restaurant services.
• Has a natural flair for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Understands the commercial side of restaurant management, including labour, stock and sales.
