The Role

We need a General Manager who can genuinely run the business as their own.

Someone who loves being on the floor, understands exceptional hospitality and has the commercial ability to drive revenue, manage costs and develop a fantastic team.

You will have genuine autonomy to lead the operation, elevate standards, grow the business and work closely with an ambitious owner who is ready to hand over the operational reins.

What We're Looking For

• Proven GM experience within quality gastro pubs, boutique hotels or destination restaurants.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding, including full P&L responsibility.
• Experience across food, beverage, rooms and events.
• A natural host who leads from the front and develops great people.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, creativity and genuine passion for hospitality.
