Banquet Manager - Caribbean

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Work Permit + Relocation + Housing + Health + Service Charge

Location: Turks & Caicos

Renowned for its luxury estate developments, our client is currently searching for a driven individual to fill the role of Banquet Manager to oversee 3 units! You will lead and create a memorable experience by overseeing all banquet operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures satisfaction of banquet guests by supervising and coordinating banquet personnel
• Ensures room is set up in accordance with guest specifications by supervising set-up staff and inspecting room
• Conduct function review with guest; make adjustments as needed
• Manages, oversees and monitors complete banquet operations in 3 resorts
• Support and develop employee engagement and training

Ideal banquet Manager:

• 2–3 years experience in similar role, multi unit experience preferred
• Caribbean and luxury hotel experience an asset
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to ensure profitability and cost control
• A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations
• Strong Leadership and Communication skills
