Salary: circa €50,000 + 15% bonus + perks

About the role

• Reporting to People Business Partner in The UK
• Provide support in handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Assist in conducting investigations and documenting employee relations issues.
• Support and advise in all HR matters (performance and talent management, succession planning, compensation planning, staffing, training and development, diversity and inclusion, rewards & recognition, and employee communication).
• Improving processes
• Overseeing HR operations in two countries
• Act as the HR champion for the managers and key actors across the operations.
• Ensure best practices at all times, follow legal compliance and policies
• Some traveling is required between The Netherlands and Belgium
• Standalone role but with the support of 2 administrators

The successful candidate

• You are already an HR Generalist/ HR advisor/ HR officer
• You know the Dutch labour laws and regulations.
• You speak English + Dutch fluent
• French is a plus but not essential
• You are able to work on your own
