My client is looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to join their team at this Luxury Hotel & Spa in Cumbria.

As Restaurant & Bar Manager you will oversee the development & training of the team along with bringing the service levels to the highest standards.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a passion for F&B.

About the position

• Manage and training the team to the highest level of consistency
• Take responsibility of the rota and the recruitment for the department
• Interact with guests and lead by example
• Report to the F&B Manager
