Reservations Execuitve 

Location: Central London! 

I am working with a multi-site bar group based in London.

They have 5 sites in London and opening new sites in 2024! They are currently recruiting for a Reservation Executive to join their team! This role will be reporting to the Senior Reservations Manager.

You will be experience with pre-booked reservations, and high proficiency on DesignMyNight’s Collins bookings software.

You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality reservations on Collins software and at least 1 year at multi-site level.

• Excellent eye for detail to ensure all bookings are delivered to the highest standards.
• A team player, ready to support others and work with departments, at all levels
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills, verbally and written
• A flair for up-selling and increasing pre-booked revenue through pre-ordering.
• Not afraid to use your voice to create conversation, give your opinion and suggest change where needed.
• A desire to do whatever it takes to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Ability to deal with demanding customers
