COREcruitment tis working with a luxury residential company with locations in West London, they are rapidly expanding with opening new sites in 2024! They are seeking a highly motivated, seasoned Luxury Residential Concierge to join our client's esteemed team.

The ideal applicant will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and boast a track record of excellence within luxury environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer a diverse array of concierge services to residents, including:

• Facilitating transportation, securing restaurant reservations, and organizing various activities
• Managing package deliveries and mail services
• Assisting with travel arrangements
• Coordinating maintenance and repair tasks
• Addressing resident inquiries and issues effectively
• Uphold an unwavering standard of professionalism and discretion consistently
• Foster and nurture relationships with residents and local establishments
• Keep abreast of the latest city trends and events

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in luxury settings
• Exceptional customer service and adept communication abilities
• Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Robust organizational prowess coupled with effective time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, showcasing attention to detail and precision
