My client is seeking an experienced, highly creative, and ambitious General Manager for a dynamic role within a pub or full-service restaurant environment.

If you possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional food and drinks in a relaxed setting, this opportunity is tailored for you.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a profound enthusiasm for culinary and beverage offerings, coupled with a flair for addressing day-to-day challenges across front and back-of-house operations.

Your role will encompass spearheading initiatives to propel the business forward.

As a well-rounded manager, you must excel in engaging with the public and ensuring an unparalleled guest experience.

Experience in Private Dining Room (PDR) management and event coordination would be advantageous.
