We are working with a fantastic event caterer based in London, who are passionate about superb food and are constantly striving for new and creative ideas.

My client is looking for an Assistant Canape Chef or a Chef de Partie that is looking for the next step up, to join their fun and dynamic team.

What does the role entail?

• Prepping and plating quality food for some of most prestigious and high-profile events.
• Cooking and presenting tastings to clients.
• Lead a team of chefs at prestigious venues in London.
• Work closely with the Executive Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Head of Canapes to develop new food concepts.

What do we require from you?

• Experience working within events.
• Focussed and willing to push boundaries and learn new method and skills
• Flexible with a positive can do attitude.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Good eye for detail and presentation.
